The Maple Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra strives to build community through music. Every day, we are helping students excel musically, connect socially, and grow personally, because we believe music education teaches kids more than just music; it teaches them valuable life skills. Kids become connected to their communities through performance, mentorship, and service opportunities. In return, our community connects with us through concert attendance, sponsorships, and additional public performance opportunities. Our programs, diversity of offerings, and high quality of instruction and playing level are unique in the Puget Sound area. Whether we perform in our own backyard, across the state of Washington, or across the country, the MVYSO builds community, one note at a time.

By donating you will be making it possible for students to be involved in this healthy activity. It helps us keep our tuition costs low, the quality of our programs high, and provides tuition assistance to students in need. It will also ensure that students who are struggling musically can gain confidence by receiving extra coaching support.
